Non-Returnable Items

- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
- Customized or personalized products
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved:
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, D&Z Store will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately with:

- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
